Obviously people care about this subject. Those in charge of MAMA might want to come to an understanding of why they do what they do on this subject and be able to clearly explain it to the members. Check with MDRA and find out their reasons for removing the mini bikes A class years ago. Find out why AMA changed (for this year) some rules about moving up and the RPV. This is probably a subject where no one rule covers every situation, yet rules need to be in place. While I have not looked at it, points are assigned by moto so it is conceivable a rider finishing lower could have more points then a rider above if they did better in one of the motos

As has been indicated in prior posts, we are not allowed to use video per AMA rules. In this instance the decision was made prior to any video being viewed. If we are not 100% certain than we need to not make a call, hence the reason for the reversal. I think you should find some comfort in the fact that we did listen to you, there are organizations that will not. We are not one of them. That does not preclude use from making decisions that people may not be happy with, but thats part of trying to run a race and our referees simply try to be fair and equitable to all riders.
