Well, the first race is behind us and we certainly did have a few issues.
This weekend we implemented a new racing program called Trackside. As you all are aware we are
working to address an issue with the multi divisional races and hopefully will have that resolved
shortly. We also ran into rider number issues many times yesterday which required us to backtrack
out of scoring to track down who the rider was. It is imperative that you
ride your MAMA number and are scored that what. If you ride a non MAMA number you risk not being
scored or allowed to race. Please confirm your MAMA number on the results for this race once they
are posted. If there is an issue bring it to the attention of the sign up group as soon as possible
or email issues to dlogan2001dn@aol.com. Another issue that was experienced was riders entering or being
entered into the incorrect class. Please insure you are registered for the proper class based on
experience and/or age. Also, write out the class on your tech slip to alleviate the chance for
mis-interpretation of a number.
We appreciate everybodys patience as this new program has its kinks worked out.
Overall, considering that we had approximately 750 riders on the first race of the season it was
fairly successful. The first weekend is by far the busiest weekend due to MAMA and AMA membership
renewals as well as normal race registration. Over the next 2 weeks we will work to insure the issues
with Trackside are addressed and results are posted.
There likely will be scoring related issues so please email those to the above address as well and
those will be addressed. RESULTS POSTED ARE PRELIMINARY AND DIVISION RACES ARE NOT POSTED YET.

I just want to comment to the public on the stolen bikes issues. Please ask the owners to stop by the local salvage yard regardless of
whether or not police advise it has been recovered.. Mine was never matched
up and for that reason sat at the salvage yard for 3 months until someone
finally let my husband go back in the yard and look. We went by the yard
about 4 times we pleaded to go look finally one service person allowed us to
look. Poof there it was been there for 2 to 3 months. No one would have ever
called us because they didn't care to record the vin's number correctly.
Long story but worth the shot. signed mama member mother
